How to get started with your virtual mailbox

Activate your mailbox

You will receive an email with an activation link to your virtual mailbox.

When you receive mail

When you receive mail, you will be notified by e-mail.

You can use the link to go to your Virtual Mailbox.

Select action

Select the action you want for your mail.

  1. Select the letter or parcel
  2. Select which action, e.g,
    1. Open and scan
    2. Forward
    3. Pick up

Automate your mail

If you don’t want to deal with your mail every time, you can set automation to a fixed action.

  1. Click on the icon in the top right corner and select “Settings”
  2. Select the “Automations” tab
  3. Select the fixed action you want
    1. Open & scan
    2. Pick up at the office
    3. Automatic transmission

Remember to click on “save changes”.

Notifications

When do you want to be notified of new mail?

Select “notifications” in the profile menu at the top right.

Select Notifications

Choose whether you want to be notified when:

  1. “New mail” – When a picture is taken of your new mail.
  2. “Competed Request” – When we processed your mail by scanning or sending it.

Choose when you want your notifications.

  1. “Instantly” – Immediately.
  2. “Once a day” – Choose the time of day you want notifications.
  3. “Never” – You will never receive notifications (Not recommended).

Add mail manager

Choose whether you want to be notified when:

  1. Select “Settings” in the top right menu.
  2. Select the “Mail managers” tab.
  3. Enter the email address of the mail manager you wish to invite.

The new mail manager must then follow the instructions in the e-mail sent.
